Surface Book 2 GPU Driver disappears randomly after May 2019 update

Hi, just recently installed the Windows 10 May update on my Surface Book 2. Now the GPU disappears randomly while in use. The only solution is to reboot the Surface Book 2, or go into the device manager and initiate a scan for the GPU to come back again. It has Nvidia Gforce GTX 1050 version 23.21.13.9140
Are there any plans for Microsoft to release an updated driver to fix this bug?

There are some updates that were pushed to PRODUCTION today https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4055398/surface-book-2-update-history You do NOT need to join Insiders to get these.
October 2019 updates

Sorry to hear that. If it helps at all, the first time I enabled the power management option, my Surface blue screened. It wasn't until after I reinstalled my drivers and enabled it again that it started working. Just FYI, here are the video driver versions I'm running:
Intel HD - 26.20.100.6890
nVidia - 26.21.14.3086
Hope you get it working.

I'm at work at the moment and have actually left my Surface Book 2 at home, so this screen shot might look slightly different on there than on my desktop machine. But to change the Power Mode, open up Control Panel and launch the NVIDIA Control Panel.
Once that's open select 'Manage 3D Settings' on the left hand side. Scroll down the Settings box until you find the Power management mode line. From here you can change the preference.
