Broken Surface Headphones Headband

Since so many Surface Headphones bands are breaking due to a lack of reinforcement in the center of the headband and many users, including myself are out of warranty. When will Microsoft recall, repair, or replace these units? The trade in value is really bad, out of warranty replacement is too expensive, and I feel like the entire surface line of products is just overhyped because Microsoft is not standing by its products or the needs of users. What are other users doing to get past not having functional Surface Headphones? Does Panos Panay know how bad the quality issues are with the surface headphones?

Hello all readers , hello Microsoft,

In between my Surface Headphone is broke like man others in the middle of the headband. What is the problem to provide or sell spare parts for the headband?

Sorry Microsoft, that's not the service i expect from a company like you.

Hopefully it will be different soon...
