Greetings! Which device (photos) are you speaking of? If you are referring to my photos I never indicated that it was a Surface Pro 4. Mine is a Surface as is AA808 and our point is that all Surface computers seem to have this problem and Microsoft knew about it. At this point, it appears that it doesn't matter if it's a Surface 1, 2, 3, or 4 but that they all have the same battery problem. I loved my surface but I'm not willing to spend another penny on a product that is known to have problems. To spend $550 for an outdated laptop that will only last a few years to me is just wasteful in more that one way. But yes that is my way of thinking, others I'm sure will be willing to give MS more money because the Surface is nice, it just doesn't last very long.
