I've noticed a problem with my surface pro 3 that I have not been able to work around. When I draw a slow diagonal line, it comes out very wavy and jagged. If I quickly draw a diagonal, it seems ok. Has anyone else seen this, is there a fix for it? seems to happen in every application, so it strikes me as potential hardware.

Im as POd as you are. Im an artist and drawing on my SP3 is very difficult because of this... Thing... Ive been bugging Surfa e Support almost every week since i noticed this issue over a year ago, hoping the sheer mass of my open cases woukd draw attention to this.

g3, my recommendation would be to pick up Lazy Nezumi, a pre-processing cursor smoother. I use it even with my Intuos on my desktop machine. it makes drawing in photoshop and other apps bearable and has lots of options.
And its fun to brag to your art buddies that it isn't available for OS X
