Surface Pro 3 Wavy diagonal lines when inking

I've noticed a problem with my surface pro 3 that I have not been able to work around.  When I draw a slow diagonal line, it comes out very wavy and jagged.  If I quickly draw a diagonal, it seems ok.  Has anyone else seen this, is there a fix for it?  seems to happen in every application, so it strikes me as potential hardware.

    Here's mine:

In the video I am drawing circles with my palm touching the screen (also known as: normal drawing).

At the end of the video, I take my palm off of the screen, and the circles are perfect.

Whenever my skin touches the screen, the cursor just goes berserk!

I've traded in the Surface Pro 3 TWICE, but the issue persists. I tried 4 display models at the store with the same issue! The manager said the last guy who came in, traded his Surface Pro 3 FIVE times, and the issue persists! He informed Microsoft (as did I), with no response.

This thread has countless responses, and Microsoft is still silent.

    hello everybody,

what I did after trading in my SP3 a few months ago: I sold it at a still reasonable price because MS refused to refund for this "broken by design technology"

Instead they spend money on marketing a pen functionality that is not even there... anyone has the link to that ad, you know which one I mean?...

and by the way, here is what n-trig said

Good for you MasCaritas! I bought in (at a large price tag) to this device for the pen capabilities, but without them it's just another ho-hum laptop (at a large price tag).

I'm not in a position where I can follow suit at the moment (though I for sure want to), but as [whatever-higher-power-you-all-respectfully-pray-to] as my witness, if this company doesn't get it's act together before the next product cycle: I will wholeheartedly jump ship to anything else.
