He really told us he still does not understand the problem. This does not have anything to do with rulers. But he tries to point to this as one reason why people see this happen. This is not true.
When you draw -no matter which direction, no matter if straight or not, WITHOUT ruler - you can SEE the tiny dot, which shows where the pen is pointing to - JUMP , or circle around the tip of the physical pen. This jumping is which makes straight lines wavy, as well as circles, handwriting, etc.
Don't even try to pont with your fingers to user's using the pen in a wrong way (rulers) or even the user himself (not able to draw straight lines)...
It seems like he has not tried it yet, or he did not watch the tiny dot jumping away from the tips location.
Either way: I hope the voltage change can help us.
in the mean time surface support swaps out my SP3, as they still seem unaware of the real problem and where it is coming from.
I still have some hope we all have bad copies and the swap will change everything, but is more of a wish than real hope.
