Surface Pro 3 Wavy diagonal lines when inking

I've noticed a problem with my surface pro 3 that I have not been able to work around.  When I draw a slow diagonal line, it comes out very wavy and jagged.  If I quickly draw a diagonal, it seems ok.  Has anyone else seen this, is there a fix for it?  seems to happen in every application, so it strikes me as potential hardware.

    it sounds a bit like if they care as much as microsoft R&D and MVP's do ..... very professional by the way.

    I have to say I'm surprised to see the limbo level here!

    So there is only the customer left to care about a minimal quality, let's see what happens next...

    Artist here, recently bought my Surface Pro 3. Am LOVING it, however, there is one really important thing that could be an absolute deal breaker. When I draw diagonal lines in any program with the Pen, they come out very wavy, unless I draw them super fast. The SP3 is marketed as being a tool for artists, yet this basic necessity to draw diagonal lines is unavailable. Please let me know if you have also encountered this problem and if there is a solution.
