Surface Pro 3 Wavy diagonal lines when inking

Thanks for your reply. This needs to happen NOW. Where can I go to complain about this? Is there a forum or somewhere people are gathering around this issue?

back in September or October 2014 or something someone brought this up in a reddit AMA with the surface team. They said they could fix the issue with a more powerful pen and boosted signal. Well, its been over a year and there's been no sign of this pen. The S3, SP4, and the SB have since come out--the latter two with coprocessors SPECIFICALLY  to enhance pen accuracy--and guess what, issue is still present.

So basically I think the consensus is that they were full of ****.

I'm glad to hear there are clear stages to Microsoft customer anger, perhaps it warrants a new branch of psychology. Do you know if there is ANYTHING in the works to address this defect? I still have time to return my Surface Book.

I bought a Surface Book at the new MS store in NYC the other day.

I didn't notice it at the store when i was doing tests. I noticed the issue yesterday and have been looking all over the internet for a solution..maybe a new driver, or SOMETHING. This seems to be a DEFECT with the n-trig technology. Some tech support will spend a lot of time explaining the technology till the cows come home...the fact is...I just want a STRAIGHT LINE when I draw at an angle...

I don't want a line that shifts around under the pen tip and produces a wavy, jittery line!

it's totally unacceptable and it makes the product useless, despite all the other good points.

isn't the pen tech the core of writing and drawing? how can MS still not be fixing this after so many versions of the surface?

i purchased the i7 version, at close to $4K and i still have to deal with this? for a top of the line product like this IT SHOULD PERFORM PERFECTLY. MS should consider a different tech if n-trig cannot work properly..because like i mentioned before...THIS IS A DEFECTIVE, INFERIOR PEN TECHNOLOGY.
