Hello everyone
apparentley MS does not care about fixing this, so I take the action and I share the word from the nTrig support team here :
The issue that you are reporting directly (wavy lines but not entire broken row) is not present in any of our vendor tests. Microsoft would never have accepted that from us for the SP3. It is not clear why it is happening but it is clear that this is not seen in the basic design that we integrated into the SP3. I think you should return the product and request warranty service. This is not going to get fixed with some kind of simple software tweak.
.....
We generally only see this kind of thing on unturned digitizer firmware and the FW that was provided to Microsoft was fully tuned and passed WHQL. We feel your pain in this matter but N-trig cannot be responsible for problems found on individual production samples. It’s not that we don’t want to help, it’s that we are not in that business. We provide digitizers to OEMs. Once they accept the product, they provide support.
I will pass this on but see http://www.timesofisrael.com/microsoft-to-buy-israels-n-trig-for-200m/ or search for 'microsoft buying n-trig' ..
