Surface Pro 3 Wavy diagonal lines when inking

Just replaced the battery but as expected the problem persists. I used this device for work on film and animation throughout December and January, and some personal projects throughout February; everything was fine and it made me thoroughly enjoy my work. Just recently the line and cursor started wobbling underneath the tip of my stylus.

Either my pen suddenly is suddenly broken (unlikely given how sturdy it is), or it's bad programming (more likely since the amount of complaints seems to be increasing).

First, where is this statement by N-trig posted? Or is this another support

or if you are near an MS Store, it would be good if you could compare the

performance of your pen with their display models and their store pens.

I say this just to rule out defects in the equipment you have. That's what I

would do if I were in your position so I'd know for sure..

Also the latest Firmware Release Surface Pen Settings driver update (v3.0.64.0) must seem like a joke to anyone who has ever tried to draw a serious sketch with the pen.

What I dont understand, why does Microsoft not admit that the Pen is actually useless certainly for business use ??? They keep making advertising campaigns instead of fixing the device defects...
