Surface Pro 3 Wavy diagonal lines when inking

I've noticed a problem with my surface pro 3 that I have not been able to work around.  When I draw a slow diagonal line, it comes out very wavy and jagged.  If I quickly draw a diagonal, it seems ok.  Has anyone else seen this, is there a fix for it?  seems to happen in every application, so it strikes me as potential hardware.

    Hello guys,

I made my own research and it's not just Surface issue.

    It's Microsoft Windows issue!!!

I tried 3 different computers, 3 different mice and Wacom Intuos 4 on different drivers. I used different software to test it: MS Paint, Photoshop, Corel Painter, Sketchbook Pro. I searched the internet and found many people mentioning this behavior with different tablets (as they say it's technical issue of the tablet, when reviewing it, not being aware of the full scale of this issue).

    Here are my observations:

The behavior is seen best when you ZOOM OUT on really small working are, make a line, then you ZOOM back to 100% You can see the pattern then. (In picture different zooms)

These are lines when I installed one of the drivers of Wacom, which were the only one which slightly changed the behavior. Ruler used for the lines. As you can see, it's still pretty bad, but it's much better.

Here is the shocking real truth, when you zoom out and try to draw swirls:

The only chance for change what I see is the Creative Update coming in Spring 2017. What scares me a lot is how they introduced it with sentence: "Empowering a new wave of creativity"

I really have had enough of waves, so pls, make it finally straight!!!!!!!!!!

I requested a Surface Book from my company to use at the office instead of the workstation. It is really expensive here, like 2,5 times of my salary. Same problem appears here, I cannot draw smooth slow lines. I can't even return the PC here in Turkey as it was bought in Germany and MS does not have any hardware stores in Turkey.

There is also another issue where the NVidia GPU is recognized as an 64MB memory card which makes it useless for me.

I'm in a bad situation, I need a real solution.
