I'm getting this in my new $3000 surface book 2. Sucks. I bought it primarily for OneNote and tablet experience. Feel like I have the shakes when writing---small, random jags/jitters. Guess I'll be returning it since this has been an issue for years---means Microsoft can't or won't fix it.
Surface Pro 3 Wavy diagonal lines when inking
I've noticed a problem with my surface pro 3 that I have not been able to work around. When I draw a slow diagonal line, it comes out very wavy and jagged. If I quickly draw a diagonal, it seems ok. Has anyone else seen this, is there a fix for it? seems to happen in every application, so it strikes me as potential hardware.

2017-10-23T09:02:22+00:00 Hi David,
is it only the "waviness of lines" Problem or lag / latency and distortion of handwriting as well?

2017-04-06T16:03:56+00:00 I returned my surface for this same reason. Somewhere I have read Microsoft staff acknowledging that this is an inherent limitation of n-trig capacitive technology.
So don't expect a fix for this.
This is a problem that you cant stop noticing since the first time you realize about it. I wish Microsoft would still use Wacom tech, surface would be a wonderful product then and I still would have mine.
