I got this message 30 mins after creating the account and loading 100$ into it,
"Your access to Microsoft Advertising is currently blocked
We have detected unusual activity in your Microsoft Advertising account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.
You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.
To resolve this issue, please contact Support."
I have never used microsoft ads before, this is insane. I feel like they robbed me of my money. I didn't even do anything.
When i contact support they say they cant even tell me what the issue is.
Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

I just got the same issue and Microsoft won't tell me why or what is going on. I've called twice and chatted once an each time they say that there is nothing that they can do. I did not even place the first ad. Matthew, maybe it is an ESG thing, MS not wanting to be be serving industries that it disagrees with.
Same thing happened with me today. Signed up with my business card, then it wouldn’t let me add my card info. It kept saying the card information was incorrect even after retyping the **** 8 different times. I exited the signup after make the ad and tried to signup again and BAM.. suspended.
So, I tried signing up again and went through the whole thing all over again and same thing happened, it wouldn’t let me add my business card and kept saying the card info was incorrect.
I did the live chat and once I did that and signed in to the live chat it signed me out of the ads account I was trying to make and said my account was suspended again. Talked to the dude on the chat and he submitted an appeal but after reading all this I’m assuming that appeal won’t be approved.
This is EXTREMELY frustrating. Please fix y’all’s dang system Microsoft!! I spend $90,000 on ads MONTHLY and if you don’t want a part of that, then fine, I’ll let Google eat it up. Y’all’s choice, just was trying to publish ads on other search engines. I don’t need to, but was wanting to. Y’all’s mistake.
I HAVE THE EXACT SAME ISSUE, GOT SUSSPENDED RIGHT AFTER OPENNING AN ACCOUNT. What a joke of a company. Violated a policy? I haven't even advertised yet.. NO solution offered by their team, no appeal, permanently suspended.. WOW!
Did you ever get a response? I have an agency - had 10 accounts in there all in good standing, changed some setting on may 1 and got suspended, final decision, no appeal possible. I don't have access to anything anymore and I had 10 accounts in there. I tried creating new accounts for my clients but of course they all keep getting suspended as well. Let us all know if anything comes from this support guy. But I'm hoping it's a glitch they can fix
Nothing would surprise me at this point. I’m 60 years old and just opened an online Store selling only Premium High Quality Kitchen / Cooking Products & Appliances. We advertise on many other channels and have had no issues. Actually I need to take that back. Facebook Ads was difficult as well and just as secretive about the reasons for Ad refusals. And as with Microsoft Ads you can never speak to a human or even have a live chat. So you never understand what you may have done incorrectly? I thought these businesses were about making $ from us for advertising with them. But I guess not?
