The solution is simple: log in using a different internet connection. Using mobile data is the most effective option.

    Hi @Zeca Martins

Good day! Welcome to Q&A forum.

I understand you're having trouble accessing Microsoft Authenticator with the "Too many requests" message. I completely empathize with how you must feel right now. This error usually occurs when the system receives too many consecutive login attempts in a short period, which is a security mechanism designed to protect your account.

Please wait about 12 – 24 hours and then try logging in again using a different browser. If you still can't access it, please do not attempt to log in further and follow these steps:

If your account is a work or school account, do you know any other Global Administrators in your organization?

Please note that this team is often overwhelmed, so you might need to wait for them to call you back, which could take 3-10 business days. I understand this isn't the most convenient solution, but it appears to be the only way forward. We also highly recommend having a secondary/backup Global Administrator to help resolve such issues independently in the future.

If your account is a personal account, please reply to this email, and I will assist you with trying other troubleshooting methods.

I appreciate your patience as we work through this. Hopefully, this helps clarify your situation. Please ask if you have any other questions. I'm always here and ready to help you with anything.
