I got a new replacement phone and I installed the app but I no longer see my accounts. Eg, FB, IG, X, Secure Save...everything gone! I chose to sign in instead of using the recovery option. How do get my accounts back? Or are the lost forever?

mousa kor 0 Reputation points2025-09-26T11:41:12.63+00:00 I have the same problem. I couldn't get any of my accounts back. Microsoft is not helping and has no solution to help me. Backups seem to be of no use and are useless.
