Identity validation failed

My identity validation request failes with the following error:
"Please provide additional document(s) dated within the past 12 months to verify your association with the organization. Examples of verification documents are as follows:"

There are no mentioned documents in the error message or over email.

The ID of the validation is: 0754c830-9350-40f1-907f-474de4991d8b

I have ensured that:

  • My domain is added and validated in Azure
  • I am validating a mature business which was incorporated in 2018

What am I missing?

Thanks

Hello Dan Dragos,

Thanks for your question.

You need to provide official business documents that clearly establish your connection to the organization. These documents should be dated within the past 12 months.

If you require further assistance or clarification, consider reaching out to the Azure Trusted Signing support team.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

Regards,

Abiola

Please create a new request and ensure you meet the email address requirements and are not using free host domains.
