I can't change my Xbox and Windows 10 devices and online safety settings.

Every time I submit my settings to be changed in the Xbox and Windows online safety settings, my settings don't get changed and it says 'Some error occurred while saving settings. Please try again later.'. I don't know how to fix this, I've tried logging in and out from my Xbox account.

Harry Crawford 5 Reputation points2025-10-17T14:47:36.52+00:00 I have a similar issue with my Xbox account. Even if it looks like the settings are saved, when I come back they are reverted and sometimes greyed out, even though I am the only member of my family group.
