cant log in into my account

i cannot access my mail account. when i try to it gives me a code to use on the authenticator app which im not even logged in there so there is nothing asking for a code to verify my mail. i would try to log into the account with the QR code but that doesnt pop off anywhere either so i dont know what can i do. i created an account for MDC for my class and it gave me that email, since in my class to get into a book i have to log in into another website i needed to confirm my email address so i was trying to do that when it told me that i needed to install the authenticator app to proceed, which i did. I logged in into the mobile app and once i did that it told me something that the account didnt work so i just logged off and uninstalled the app but once i tried to input the mail again it says that i need to verify the account with a code and to put it in the app but i dont have access to the account in the app anymore so i dont know what to do cause its a constant loop. so the thing is i logged off and it doesnt let me log back in since there isnt a device where i can put the code it gives me
