    Hi @Handian Sudianto ,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform!

To sort deleted emails by the date they were deleted in the new Outlook, follow these steps:

1.Open Outlook and go to the Deleted Items folder.

2.Click on the “View” tab at the top of the window.

    3.Select “View Settings”.

4.In the Advanced View Settings dialog box, click on “Columns”.

5.In the Show Columns dialog box:

    • Select “Date/Time fields” from the drop-down list.
    • Choose “Modified” from the available columns.
    • Click “Add” to move it to the list of columns shown.
    • Use the “Move Up” button to place it at the top of the list.
    • Click “OK”.

6.Back in the Advanced View Settings dialog box, click on “Sort”.

    7.In the Sort dialog box:

    • Select “Date/Time fields” from the drop-down list.
    • Choose “Modified” from the “Sort items by” list.
    • Click “OK” to apply the sorting.

This will sort your deleted emails by the date they were deleted.
