Can I make my outlook back to original hotmail?

********@outlook.com was originally ******@hotmail.com is there a way to revert it back or forward mail from ******@hotmail.com to the new ******@outlook.com because i have some account linked to ****@hotmail.com that i cannot transfer to new email because hotmail no longer exists.
