Outlook will not send emails to sbcglobal.net accounts

I've been attempting to send emails to sbcglobal.net accounts from outlook, however I receive cannot deliver email's back. I can send emails to all other emails. Can you please assist?

Do you mean that you send emails from Outlook desktop client or your Outlook.com account?

And on other hand, agree with Hal Hostetler MVP-Outlook, it's suggested that you could provide the non-delivery emails you received for our better research.

I am having this issue now with multiple outlook users unable to send me emails to sbcglobal.net. One of these outlook addresses, I get 40 emails a week and then it suddenly stopped working mid-day on 3/7.

The following addresses had permanent fatal errors----

If Outlook is not sending emails to sbcglobal.net accounts, the issue may be related to server settings, blocked ports, or spam filters. First, verify that the recipient’s email address is correct. Then, check Outlook’s SMTP settings for your account; the correct outgoing server for most ISPs is typically smtp.att.net with port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS). Ensure your account is properly authenticated. Sometimes, emails are blocked due to spam policies, so check your message content for large attachments or suspicious links. If the problem persists, clearing the Outlook cache, disabling conflicting add-ins, or contacting AT&T support (which manages sbcglobal.net) may resolve the issue.
