Hi,

since this morning 5 am we are not able to send E-mails to office365/Microsoft365 Customers. Our Mails are stuck in our own queue and get the response: host customername.mail.protection.outlook.com 451 4.7.500 Server busy please try again later wit 193.228.149.133 S77719

Can someone check, why we are on an throtteling list with our E-MailServer and remove please?

Between 11th Oct 6:50 to 12th Oct 16:17 "Server busy" messages were send from O365. Between 12th Oct 16:17 and 16th Oct 14:55 it worked without problems after changing IP address of mailserver.
Since 16th Oct 14:55 we got Server busy again. Only the quick solution - change of ip address of mailserver - solved the problem. Since that change (16th Oct 19:55) is works. But changing the IP address can not be the solution.
When will this problem finally been solved??
