Hi HELP PLEASE

how to create a workflow for birthdays of colleagues I List a sheet where there is a name and date birthdays, how to make it so that during a birthday a friend receives email

Name is Single line of text

Date is Date and Time

Hi @ikako ika ,

Birthday wishes email cannot be realized through SharePoint Designer 2013 Workflow, currently it can only be realized by using Power automate in my last answer. It's a pity.

SharePoint Designer 2013 will work with SharePoint Server 2019 for the remainder of the client support lifecycle (2026). SharePoint Designer 2013 will not be supported beyond that timeframe.

Microsoft has confirmed that it will be deprecated and recommends that you use Power automate. Thank you for your understanding.

    You can send Birthday Wishes Using Power Automate.

    1.To work with Power Automate in SharePoint server 2019, we need to install on-premises gateways and connect to Power Automate cloud then implement the solutions.
