Get the character that is produced by putting accent on the character c.

Parameters

accent: Int32

The System.Int32 value used for accent.

c: Int32

The System.Int32 value used for c.

The result of the get dead char operation.

Remarks

Get the character that is produced by putting accent on the character c. For example, getDeadChar('`', 'e') returns è.
