Azure AD B2C log in page is dependent on https://ajax.aspnetcdn.com/ajax/bootstrap/3.3.5/css/bootstrap.min.css asset. And it's not available in Russia for 3 days now. This makes AD B2C completely unusable and broken. The Sign In button is simply disappeared.
BTW, for 2 fields on that form, button and error messages you need Bootstrap??? REALLY?
Anyway, either switch to a CDN that works or better use inline styles FFS!

We are trying to avoid opening up access via Proxy to ajax.aspnetcdn.com. Do you have any documentation available on how to configure b2clogin to use inline styles or using a fallback/locally hosted CSS?
