SQL Server Execute Store Procedure (V2) and other actions missing as action in Logic Apps

You are seeing the difference because you have selected the SQL Server from built-in connector list, though if you select it from Azure Connector list then you could see the more actions.

In below screenshot I have added the diff,

Standard Logic-App with Built-In Connector

Standard Logic-App with Azure Connector
