Hello, since today I have problems logging into the app from my Mac. I have tried different ways but I have not been able to solve anything. The problem is that I don't have/can't access my Windows computer, as I am connected via internet. Does anyone know a way to solve the problem from the Mac (I have already tried to delete the "Group Containers" but it didn't work).
Thank you very much in advance
This is the message that appears every time:
"We couldn't connect to the remote PC. Make sure the PC is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.

So I figured this out. A hint is when you try to connect using mstsc to Linux..
It warns the connection is insecure, and to make it secure, you need to enable RDSTLS. It's only a warning, so with the Windows client, you can click 'continue'; the Apple Mac version is more sniffy and just drops the connection
So you have to create an RDP file and add "use redirection servername:i:1" - save the RDP file and off you go. Both the Windows and Apple Mac clients are very intolerant of sending a bad password - it just stops and unloads the client, rather than prompting for N times.
Here's my sample RDP file I used to connect to Rocky 10...
Yup. 2026 and we still editing text files and finding comptablity across platforms a challenge - everything changes - and stays the same in equal measure...

So iIfaced this error and this worked for me: The issue was my VPN was somehow blocking the port 3389 that allows RDP to connect. Considering this was my company's VPN, I had to work with them to unblock this policy. Hope this helps. All the best.
