MS Teams call history - see date and time

In my MS Teams call history I want to see the starting time of a call or missed call instead of just "yesterday" or the day of the week.
Where can I set that?

Hi @JimmyYang-MSFT , thanks for getting back. I'm afraid I'm not an admin, so that's not an option for me.
I have seen a view exactly like I want it (see image, with date and time). So there must be a way to make it appear in the calls history. Any hints appreciated!
My MS Teams version is 1.5.00.11163

If you are Teams normal user, as a workaround, could you try to login Teams web client to see if you could see the Date in calls history?

Hi @JimmyYang-MSFT , sorry for not responding earlier - systems continuously asked me to sign in to comment... seems this issue is solved now).
Anyway, I tried with Teams web client but unfortunately with the same result: only date is showing, not the time. Any other ideas?

Hi @Mirjam

For Teams client, we are also only show the date in Teams call history. In addition to Teams admin center, we did not find any other ways to check the start time for Teams call in Teams client.

If you click on the actual call. More details will populate on the right side. It's not very "discoverable" but it does work. I had to use a wide screen monitor to see more details. It "hides" extra details if on a smaller monitor.

Old thread but I feel the need to emphasize how annoying it is to have to click on the call to see the time, it would be so much easier (and a better user experience) to be able to see the time in the main screen!

Hi @Mirjam

For a normal user I think I have found a way to see the time of a missed call. Just click on the missed call, there should be a tab that opens up on the right side that shows details

I have teams on my iphone. My teams calls show up in the native call history list along with regular calls directly to my iphone. I can click the "i" next to the call and it will bring up the date and time of the call.

Hi @Mirjam

If you’re an admin, you could open the Teams Admin Center, and click on Users. Then select the account you’re interested in, and then click on Meeting and calls. The start time of call will be find from here.

I can not believe this is still an issue - most of us are NOT ADMIN. we do not have access to do these things. this issue was posted in 2022 and now it is 2026, surely with the hundreds of weekly updates that seem to occur you could add this one element of what time the call was!!!
