Delay Delivery Option - Microsoft Viva

Hi all, I noticed that the Delay Delivery option will pop up on Outlook with Viva on the top of the email message box. However, When I click "Viva Insights" - it does not display the "Delay Delivery" option. When I look at some tutorials online, I see "Delay Delivery" option in the list of the things that pop up with "Viva Insights". When I go to Config Settings, 'Delay Delivery' is not an option at all.

I get the below inline notification when typing an email outside of my working hours.

Although when I got to settings all I see is this:

    That's under the Outlook add-in settings. Hit the Viva Insights button on the Ribbon > then hit the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right > Toggle Delay deliver on/off as needed.

    I have the exact same options as above. And, this did work for me recently but now has vanished. Any idea on a fix for this? This is a very handy tool!

    I also don't have the delay delivery option in my settings (as you can see below) and would like to have this feature.

    Though I do have a question whether this delay delivery mechanism works in the cloud given I use outlook for desktop, because the usual delay delivery under "Delivery Options" works only if your PC is on and Outlook open, so not really helpful.

    Have the same issue. Viva insight for delayed sending only appears randomly, while being off-working hours, not on demand. You cannot click on that feature if you need to send a delayed message via Viva insights even if it is configured/enabled.

    Don't know where to suggest or inquire about this functionality, but it is really useful to have the delayed sending option at hand, and the alternate Options menu "Do not send message before" is not useful; as delayed messages will have the timestamp of the actual draft generation time, and not the delayed sending time. So if you use this option for sending a delayed message, it will appear to the receiver as if it was being actually sent at the initial draft time but delivered until the specified time... Drives me nuts, as other email hosting providers now offer this option and reception time is the actual specified time... Kudos
