Checking WIndows 7 pc compatibility to windows 11 but unable to save down the healthcheck app?

My fathers pc has windows 7, I was recently able to update my laptop no problem to the newest windows 11. My fathers PC is quiet old now. I wanted to do a health check to see if it is compatible with windows 11 but , it's age will not allow apps to be saved down.
Is there another way of completing this health check.
