Remove only the free RAM module.
The other is soldered to the motherboard.
There is little end users can do unless highly experienced with motherboard troubleshooting.
If the computer is unstable with only the soldered RAM then view the BIOS settings for XMP.

If possible turn off XMP and see whether the computer is stable or unstable.
Then test the RAM with Memtest86 for two tests of four passes each.
Find a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images or share links into this thread.
Memtest86 can run overnight.
It should be relatively quick on 4 GB.
Memtest86 also has a menu option to produce text reports.
