Minecraft code doesnt redeem

With the new sift dimension i participated in the tiktok promotion of it where you recieve the code to get the sift cape, i entered the code on the same account i have my minecraft launcher signed up and the cape isnt showing in the area where you pick a cape to wear. I checked again if the code works, no it doesnt. I checked my accounts order history and it says that i redeemed it.
