    Dear @D'Andrea Barbara Antonietta,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Regarding your situation, to help ensure the transcription process runs as smoothly as possible, I would suggest splitting the content into smaller files or shorter sections and processing them separately.

Besides making the files more manageable, this approach can often:

    • Improve upload and processing performance
    • Reduce the chances of timeouts or interruptions during transcription
    • Make it easier to identify and reprocess only the affected section if an issue occurs, rather than starting over with the entire file
    • Help you review and organize the transcribed content more efficiently, especially for longer recordings
    • Allow you to receive transcription results sooner, as smaller files may complete processing more quickly than a single large upload

If you've already tried this or continue to experience difficulties, kindly let me know. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful.

I'm here and happy to help! Thank you for your kindness and patience!
