Had Excel and word 2013 on my old pc , built a new one and i cant get excel

Office 2013 can generally only be reinstalled using the Microsoft account originally associated with the license, or with the original installation media and 25-character product key.

1. Sign in to Microsoft account Services & subscriptions using the account that was used to purchase or activate Office 2013.
2. Check whether Office 2013 appears there with an installation option.
3. If it does not appear, check whether you still have the original installation disc or setup file and product key.

Could you confirm which Office 2013 edition you had, whether it came preinstalled on the old computer or was purchased separately, and whether you still have access to the original Microsoft account and product key? This will help determine whether the license can be used on the new PC.

Please note that support for Office 2013 ended on April 11, 2023. Although the applications may continue to work, they no longer receive security updates, so upgrading to a supported version of Office is recommended.
