I can not connected my Loptop toshiba Satellite with windows 8 to a new hp offijet printer, also app on internet I try to load pass key but don't let me open to found pass key.

    • If you have any Installation guide follow the procedures and steps.
    • please check your printer IP same series in your WIFI series.
    • Check your driver supported windows 8 and update the latest driver. first uninstall the old driver restart your pc then install your new driver.
    • Any printer job stuck in printer spooler. so, better restart your spooler service. press windows + R type services.msc then enter search printer spooler -> right click stop and start.
