How do I get certificates for courses that I do on microsoft copilot

    Hello,
    If it was self-paced learning, there's no certificate for that, only actual certification exams give you one.
    If it was an instructor-led course, the trainer should've given you an achievement code to claim your completion certificate. And if you passed a certification exam, that certificate is in your Certification Dashboard under Certificates, click "View Certificates," then download the one you want. Not showing up there usually means a requirement isn't fully met yet, in which case certification support can help.
