An error is showing when trying to log in account through excel - subscription is not showing and cannot save any excel sheets

Hi,

I cannot edit my excel sheets as microsoft has not recognized that my subscription has renewed. My subscription is valid until 1/7/2027. Please help ASAP.

    There are some ongoing problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac device at the moment.

    At the top left of your Mac desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
