I've completed my exam on last friday (AI-901) but I'm unable to download the certificate as its not generated yet.

    For most exams, results appear within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours for results to appear in the Learn profile Certifications tab. If the certification still is not available after that, use this checklist:

    1. Confirm the credential requirements for AI-901 on the certification details page to make sure the exam completed the credential.
    2. Verify the correct Learn profile is being used. If multiple Microsoft accounts were used in the past, the certification might be attached to a different profile.
    3. Check the Certifications tab in the Learn profile.
    4. If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance with missing credentials.

    If the exam was scheduled through Certiport, credentials are managed separately through the Certiport account.

    It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab especially over the weekend. What you need to check and then do if you cannot find your certification is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications
