Hello, I passed exam MS‑102, but the certification title “Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Associate” is not showing in my Learn profile. I cannot access Certification Support – the portal redirects me to Engage Center or shows 404. Please open a support case for me manually. Thank you. Best regards, Stefan Kopaj

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. You must also hold one of the prerequisite active associate certifications. https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/m365-administrator-expert/#certification-prerequisites

The Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification was retired in 2024. The MS‑102 exam now grants the certification “Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Associate” directly, without any prerequisite certifications.

Take a look at the link I posted, the link you have provided are invalid. There is no certification titled "Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Associate".

The MS-102 does not provide a certification on its own, it has prerequisites. The MS-102 and "Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert" certification will be retired at the end of November.
