I registered using company email, and now want to associate with personal email as well with it, so that I can take the exam login with personal one. How to make this association now.
Tag not monitored by Microsoft.
Unable to add other account from company asset (blocking), and unable to login to personal laptop using company email(not allowing). Hope for launching the exam via pearsonVue, we don't have to login to learn.microsoft.com or pearsonvue site using company email, launching the exe with passcode would work.

Is your company email address associated with a Microsoft 365 account managed through Entra ID?
If so, please sign in with your personal Microsoft account and try linking your Microsoft 365 account.
