If you have installed the game, then if you click your Start button and just type minecraft, you should find the game and be able to start the game from there.

If you actually want to access the game files, all apps and games downloaded form the Store are stored in their folders inside a hidden and highly protected folder C:\Program Files\WindowsApps, and that folder is not normally accessible, it is security protected to ensure the apps and games form the Store are malware free.

To find the app on Windows, use one of these built-in methods:

    1. Select Start > All and scroll the alphabetical list.
    2. Select Search on the taskbar and type Minecraft Education.
    3. Press the Windows key and start typing Minecraft Education.

If the issue is that the Microsoft Store app install is not showing correctly, reset the Store cache:

    1. Press Windows key + R.
    2. Type wsreset.exe and select OK.
    3. Wait for the blank Command Prompt window to close and for Microsoft Store to reopen.
    4. Open Microsoft Store and search for the app again.

If the app still cannot be found or accessed after that, use Contact Support from Microsoft Support.
