Try these steps on the Chromebook:

    1. Refresh the page with a hard reload.
      • Press Ctrl + F5 while the Bing video page is open.
    2. Clear the browser cache and cookies.
      • In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
      • Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
      • Select Clear data.
    3. Test in an Incognito window.
      • Press Ctrl + Shift + N and open Bing Videos again.
      • This helps check whether the issue is caused by cached data or extensions.
    4. Disable browser extensions temporarily.
      • Open chrome://extensions/.
      • Turn extensions off, especially ad blockers or privacy tools, then test Bing Videos again.
    5. Make sure Chrome is updated.
      • Open Settings > About Chrome and install any available updates.
    6. If the Bing homepage video or image is the issue, change the Bing homepage media setting.
      • Select Settings and quick links.
      • To stop background video autoplay: Settings > More > Homepage > Videos and panoramas > Don't play automatically.
      • To show only a still image: Settings > More > Homepage > Videos and panoramas > Show a still image.
      • To turn off homepage media entirely: turn off Show homepage image.
    7. If Bing Video itself still fails to load, use Feedback at the bottom of the Bing Video page to report the error.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Please try installing the Edge browser if you haven't done so already and see if that helps. If it does not can you let me know which version OS your Chromebook is running?
