How can activate my windows when it deactivated itself.

Hi, I ordered a prebuilt pc and after using it for about a year my windows have been deactivated for some reason. I have the product key, I got it from ShowKeyPlus, but I just don't know what to do because even when I typed it in the change thing under activation status it still didn't work. Also, the troubleshooting keeps running into an error. Please help me fix this

It's very, very strange. For this OS option, even if reinstalled, it is activated automatically using a key from the BIOS. I recommend contacting a Microsoft support specialist in a live chat. He will have the opportunity to remotely connect to your PC (with your permission) and deal with the problem on the spot. To do this, use the Technical Support app. In the search box, type "agent support" and press Enter. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. Select "Windows" and "Technical Support" from the drop-down lists on the next page, and then click on "Confirm". Next, select the chat. Wait for the specialist's response and describe the situation to him. After checking the license, activation will be restored.

Run Windows Terminal as an Administrator and run the command

Get-AppXPackage *Microsoft.GetHelp* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

and then restart your PC and check the availability of the application.

try following the recommendation from Neil D:

If it doesn't work out (Microsoft is now switching support to AI and chat with a support agent in a web browser is no longer available in most cases), then use the tool on the page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11 download and save the OS ISO image. Connect the ISO to the virtual drive via File Explorer and run the file from the virtual DVD setup.exe on behalf of the Administrator. Select the installation type "With programs and files saved...". This will fix the damaged system components and reinstall the missing ones. Please note that the process will be long and may take up to several hours. At the end, restart the PC and check the activation (it may recover after fixing the OS). If necessary, use the application to contact a support specialist (the application should also be installed).

I apologize for my carelessness. OEM:DM does not indicate installation by a small assembler, but rather that the OS is installed by the PC manufacturer and the key must be embedded in the BIOS. Take a screenshot of the ShowKeyPlus homepage. This one:

If the OEM key is not in the firmware (as in the screenshot example), then there is something wrong with the license.

You don't seem to be getting anywhere.

If you want help from a support agent use the Get Help app in windows. Use windows Search for Get Help the app. Search the phrase billing in the app. You should get this:

Select Contact Support at the bottom of the window. There are a couple more filters to select and after that you shou see Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
