Just a quick note that this forum is a peer-to-peer community. Forum members do not have access to your billing account or Microsoft's internal billing system to cancel the subscription on your behalf.

If this is a Microsoft 365 business subscription, please sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using the account associated with the subscription, then go to Billing > Your products and check whether Planner and Project Plan 3 is listed there. Depending on the billing arrangement, you may be able to cancel the subscription or turn off recurring billing from that page. Since you mentioned that you cannot find the subscription, please also check whether it was purchased using a different Microsoft account/work account, or whether it was obtained as a self-service purchase or trial by another user in the organization. Similar cases have occurred where Planner/Project subscriptions did not initially appear in the expected product list because they were self-service subscriptions.

If you still cannot locate the subscription, I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support. They can access the billing information, identify which account or tenant the renewed subscription belongs to, and assist with the cancellation. This requires access to Microsoft's billing systems, which isn't available through the community forum.

When contacting Support, it would be helpful to have the renewal email and any billing/transaction details available so they can locate the subscription more easily.
