How to fix a persistent download issue

This appears on every email before I can download it. Numerous things tried to fix it. No luck.

    Sorry. But you have hit a known bug for some people in Outlook Version 2608.

    Only known solution, rollback to 2607.

    Possible workaround (only works for some)

    • Close Outlook
    • Registry Edit
    • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Setup
    • New DWORD DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle
    • Value = 1
