Please check if your subscription is cancelled. If yes, select Manage.

If you see Renew or Resubscribe, select it and follow the payment steps.

Note: If it's already paid and you still see an issue with the subscription, you may reach Microsoft Accounts and Billing support by following the steps below:

In the search bar, type in your issue, then hit Enter.

Scroll down to the bottom and select the blue button "Contact Support"

Quick heads up first: this is a community forum, so nobody here can see your account or the receipt you sent. It never reached the billing team through this page.

The usual cause of this: the bank payment went through, but it landed on a different Microsoft account than the one holding your subscription, or recurring billing was switched off so the subscription lapsed anyway.

Do this:

1. Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services and check the subscription status there.
2. Then check Order history at account.microsoft.com/billing. If the July payment isn't listed, sign in with any other email address you own and check that one, paying from the wrong account is the most common cause of this exact situation.
3. Whichever account shows the payment, contact support signed in from that account at support.microsoft.com/contactus and choose Microsoft 365 billing. That's the team that can actually review your bank receipt and restore the subscription or refund it.

And don't panic about your files, nothing gets deleted right away after a lapse, so you have time to sort this out.
