When I attempt to comment on an article in my MSN homepage in the comment section, I receive a "session expired" error message. I have cleared cache' cookies, etc. I checked settings for date and time accuracy. My Edge is up to date. I still cannot comment. Checking the "community guidelines" link at the bottom of the comments area is useless. There is no way to ask a question via this link, it simply tells one what is and is not allowed.

For MSN article comments, there is no self-service fix documented beyond basic browser/session checks. Since cache/cookies, date and time, and Edge updates were already tried, the remaining supported path is to submit the issue through MSN’s Feedback option on the MSN page.
Use this path:
MSN’s FAQ also states that mistakes or content issues should be reported through the feedback tool on the lower right of the screen, and that all feedback is read by the content team.
If the issue is specifically a long-running MSN commenting restriction or moderation problem, the documented guidance is the same: only the MSN team can investigate it through the MSN feedback mechanism.
