I have office for Mac 2019 and can longer edit, save or create new files. If I purchased the package why would it stop working anyhow do I fix this.

    I'm afraid that Office 2019 will not work under macOS anymore. You need a license that can run Office release 16.83 or later and you need macOS12 or later. See https://www.brandwares.com/bestpractices/2023/03/most-recent-office-you-can-run-best-practices/ .
