I want help ,I got hacked from minecraft server thats called McTiers
Someone dm me in Minemen and tell me i have to get a tier because im so good ,And i accept the offer and add him in discord and they have a bot he take everything in the account and changed everything he take my microsoft account and he now want a money to give me the account back
Please i want help with that

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you have encountered an account related issue.

Please take note that a compromised account is a complex scenario and once the email and phone number has been changed to a different one then it is at the point that it is unrecoverable (even if 2FA is enabled) and Microsoft Support will not be able to help either.

Please take note that if 2FA is enabled on your account, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored and you will only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or it will indicate that it has insufficient information and this means that 2FA is disabled. You may keep on trying as many times as you want which is up to two times per day.

Please take note as well that Microsoft Support will not be able to assist with doing manual recovery, unblocking, and escalation as support agents and advocates are not allowed to send password reset links or access and change account details.

Start the Microsoft account recovery flow immediately with the sign-in helper tool. It asks for the email address or phone number and either shows self-help steps or offers the chance to talk to an agent.
Before changing the password, scan the PC for malware:
- Open Windows Security
- Open Virus and threat protection
- Select Scan options > Full scan > Scan now
This should be done before changing the password.
If sign-in is still possible, change the Microsoft account password right away. If sign-in is no longer possible, use the password reset or account recovery options.
After access is restored, review account settings that attackers commonly change:
- Connected accounts
- Forwarding
- Automatic replies
Contact Microsoft Support through the official support flow if the helper tool does not resolve it. Support can route the case to the best available option, but support agents are not allowed to send password reset links or access and change account details.
Do not pay the attacker.
If the attacker changed the account alias, recovery email, or enabled their own two-factor authentication, community guidance in similar cases indicates the account is often no longer recoverable if the official recovery process is unsuccessful.
