Initially upgraded from personal to family, now considering an upgrade to full premium subscription but its not letting me do this online. Do i have to allow 24-48 hours to complete additional upgrade?

So the first upgrade was literally just done? If so, yes, you might want to wait a day or two for the billing conversation to settle.
What exactly is the error, though, when you tried to switch? Is your personal plan initially almost expired?
